About Us

About Us:

“We wanted to create a site for the youth of today, dedicated to providing easily accessible, simple and accurate information and news to young people in India and across the globe."

JustConscientia was founded in July 2020, by bored high school students stuck in quarantine. We are committed to putting an end to the rampant spread of fake news, making young people aware of their future roles in the world, and sparking an interest in the world around them.

Meet: Nikita, a high-schooler who co-founded this blog in July 2020. She is dedicated to increasing awareness in young teenagers, and fights against the spread of fake news. She is passionate about the environment, and bringing climate change to a halt. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and writing, as well as educating herself and others around her about what she learns.

Meet: Nitya, a high-schooler who co-founded this blog in July 2020. She believes that this generation has a powerful part to play in the future of this world, and is dedicated to spreading awareness to young people in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

Meet: Nritu, a high-schooler who hopes to make the world a better place for everyone. She is an EcoFemme Ambassador, loves reading and baking- without burning herself in the process. She is passionate about making sustainable living more accessible and achievable, and hopes to inspire at least one person in this 'weird journey of life'.

Meet: Devina, a highschooler who has her own blog, and considers herself a history buff. She is passionate about writing and activism, and loves all animals- excluding aggressive city pigeons. In the future, she would love to work with and learn about different people and cultures.

Meet: Shaumee, a highschooler who feels very strongly about the issues faced by minorities and believes that we as a society owe it to them to make the world a more inclusive and a better place. She is a feminist and an advocate for the GSRM community.

Meet: Keyaa, a highschool sophomore who enjoys art and believe conversations and collective efforts are the key to making a more inclusive world. She is a feminist, and is working towards questions problematic social norms.
